Back on the Road 2022
Time for our sixth annual Back on the Road!
C&A is once again selecting two veterans living in the Eldersburg/Sykesville area who could use a little extra help getting or keeping their vehicle going. Whether its for travel to work, finding work or transporting their family around—we’re looking to get them back on the road.
The selected veterans will each receive up to $2,500 of auto repair or maintenance services at no charge. All work will be done to our high standards with our full 24 month/24,000 mile warranty—they will just see an amount due of zero.
We will not advertise their names unless the veteran approves. Everything can be submitted anonymously if you prefer. We may broadly announce what work was done but not who it was for or any identifying images of the vehicles.
Nominations are open from Friday, November 4th, 2022 at 8:00pm through Thursday, November 10th, 2021 at 11:45pm.
Selections will be made Veterans Day, Friday, November 11th, 2022. We will contact the nominator directly and can begin work as soon as it convenient for the nominee.
- No need to like a page or buy anything
- No limit on nominations
- Nominees are picked at our sole discretion
2022 Awardees
2016 Chevy Traverse
Our first awardee joined the United States Marine Corp in 2009 and served served honorably on several tours of active duty. When his enlistment was up, he did an additional 2 years in the reserves. In addition to his full time job at a manufacturing company in Baltimore, he volunteers as a coach for soccer and baseball also in Eldersburg. Regardless of the task, this veteran makes it clear that he is only a phone call away.
2005 Dodge Pickup R1500
Our second awardee grew up in Eldersburg and is a graduate of Liberty High School. Upon graduation he joined the Marines (2001-2009) and served two combat tours in the Middle East. He never took this duty lightly, as he fully understood that the lives of his fellow soldiers depended on him. This is just one example of how responsible he is. He is also kind, caring, and would do anything in his power to help his friends and family.
